Joining a group

To join a group, navigate to the group's public page and if the group is open to applications, click the "Apply To Join" button in the sidebar on the right. You have to have an Action Network account and be logged in to join. Enter a reason why you want to join in the box, then click "Apply" to send your application and your reason for joining to the group's administrators, who will have to approve you before you are added as an organizer.

You will receive an email when the administrators have approved your application, letting you know that you are approved and giving you links so you can start participating in the group.
