A usage report is available in the Network tab on the manage page of every group in the network.
Under the Download Monthly Usage section of this tab, click Generate to get a report on all groups in your network, their subscribed email and mobile list sizes, and a sum total of the number of individual emails and mobile messages sent per group in the last 30 days, including totals from child groups at each level.
We will email you when the report is ready for download. You can optionally choose up to a 90-day period for your report. Note that the only statistics affected are the number of emails and mobile messages sent, not the list size or any other statistics. If you do not choose a date, the report will default to the last 30 days.
If a report has previously been generated you can directly download that report again, instead of waiting for a new one to generate. The date and time when it was generated will be listed, so you can understand how fresh or stale the data in that report will be. Click "Download" to download it directly, or click "Generate" to generate a new report, with fresh data, and be emailed when it's ready for download.
The report spreadsheet contains a row for the current group plus any child groups in the network, a link to their manage page, a count of the size of their subscribed email and mobile list (activists who are subscribed to receive emails and mobile messages at that time), and a cumulative count of the number of activists who were sent emails or mobile messages that month, non-deduplicated.
So, for example, if a child group sent two emails to its full list of 10 activists, and its parent sent one email to its list of 100 activists, the count on on the child's row would be 20 (two emails, 10 activists each), and 120 on the parent (1 email, 100 activists, plus children).
In this way, you can get a sense of the size and activity of groups in your network.
