How do you determine pricing?
We determine pricing based on your initial expected monthly email volume (list size times the number of emails sent per month). Every few months we check in and raise or lower your monthly rate based on your actual average email volume during our audit process.
How does billing work?
We use our own fundraising tool to set up monthly recurring donations via credit or debit card. Whichever email is used to set up the initial payment will receive monthly email receipts. The payment will go through the same time each month and gives your group access to the partner features.
How do I change my billing contact?
We send receipts monthly to the email address used to create the initial payment. If you would like to change that contact, reach out to us at email@example.com to create a new payment and cancel the old one.
My list is growing. How will this impact my Action Network rate?
To get started with a regular partnership, we ask new groups to estimate their average monthly email volume. We expect that email volume will go up and down during a 6-month period, and we will not reach out month-to-month to increase your rate unless we see a dramatic difference. Instead, every six months we audit the system and reach out to partners to raise or lower their rate based on their actual average email volume over a 6-month period. You can check on your own email volume by downloading your email stats from the Emails and Reports tab of your Group Manage page. How do I view my Action Network receipt?
We send your Action Network receipt via email each month when the payment is processed. The receipt is sent to the email used to create the payment. If you are not able to find it, reach out to us!
What is included in my paid partnership?
A paid partnership gives your group access to all partnership features, including the ability to upload lists, create page and email wrappers, use our ladders and event campaign features, and access the API and sync. You can view a full list here.
How do I cancel my partnership?
You can cancel your paid partnership at any time. You can continue to store your data on Action Network for free, however you won’t be able to send emails until you restart your paid partnership. You own your own data, so you can always do a full export of your database. Reach out to us at email@example.com of you’d like to start the cancellation process.
