Wordpress is a popular choice for websites, and it works great with Action Network's embeds!
You can always use embeds in sidebar widgets or in themes. But you can also use embeds in the Wordpress post editor.
By default, Wordpress's post editor will strip out the script and style tags from our embeds, making them useless, but if you run your own Wordpress website or have the Business plan from Wordpress.com, then we offer a plugin that will alter the way the visual editor works to allow these tags.
There's also a great plugin written by Christian Norton, which allows you to embed actions via Wordpress shortcode, create calendars, to simple signup forms, and all kinds of great things.
Note: This will only work if you're running your own version of Wordpress via wordpress.org or if you have the Business plan from Wordpress.com. If you have a free, hosted Wordpress site via wordpress.com you cannot embed Action Network actions because wordpress.com does not allow it unless you upgrade to the Business plan.
