You can log into the billing portal here and edit your account information to change the billing point of contact.
Note that if you are currently managing more than one partnership with one email, and you would only like to transfer ownership of one of the payments you manage, you will need to reach out to us at partners@actionnetwork.org.
Otherwise, you can follow these steps to change the ownership of your payment.
- Log into the billing portal with the email you used to set up the payment.
- Click on account information.
- Click on your email, and change it to the email you’d like to own the payments tied to your account.
- Click update, and you are done!
Note that if you’d like to add additional contacts to your partnership who will receive billing emails but not be able to manage the account, you can follow the directions here.
