Call campaigns are actions that your activists can take that prompt them to call a specific target.
Action Network has a set of built-in targets you can choose from — members of the U.S. Congress, U.S. Governors, and members of U.S. state legislatures — and you can upload your own custom targets to call instead. More on custom targets here.
There are two ways to set up a call campaign. The first way provides activists with a phone number to call, where they can say their address (if it's not already attached to their activist record), hear a recorded message, then be connected to the built-in target or custom target you entered. The second way to set up a call campaign is click to call, where activists will fill out a form with their address, mobile number, and whatever other fields you choose, then receive a call that plays your recorded message and connects them to the appropriate targets.
