The Mobile Messaging Inbox stores activists' replies to your mobile messages, if they meet certain criteria (explained here).
Go to the People tab of the Start Organizing menu and select Mobile Message Inbox. Here, you'll see a list of all the activists' conversations, sorted in reverse chronological order, with the newest message at the top. You can page through the conversations, or search conversations by mobile number or message content. You can also filter messages by all, unread, or flagged. You can mark all messages as read by clicking the button above the search bar. At the bottom of the list, you click 'Filter by message sent' to show replies to a specific message. This will allow you to see a list of conversations with activists who received specific mass messages you selected. Note that it will only show you who was targeted in the message, not which message exactly they are responding to.
There are two ways to view your conversations. The first is to click from the list on the left side one by one. This will show you an individual activist's reply to your message as well as some of their core fields and subscription status. You'll also be able to see the tags linked to an activist and edit them. You can mark the conversation as unread by clicking the button below their name or flag it to return to it later. You can reply to the messages by typing out a response. You'll be able to view the character count in the lower left. You can also create and use saved responses. These allow you to pre-save responses you'll be using often, and select them whenever you need them. Refresh the page to see any new replies.
If you have a large volume of replies, your team can work together to sort through them quickly using the Queue. Click the Start My Queue button in the top right to begin sorting through unread messages. You'll be able to respond to them manually or with a saved response, mark it as read and move on to the next one, or flag it if it needs further review or just to come back to it later.
