You can see how many calls were made, who they were made to, and how long the calls lasted using the "Target Report" tab on your call campaign's manage page.
There, you will see a list of all targets who have received calls with counts showing how many calls they have received. Click to download each target's calls, with activist name, email address, mobile number, address, city, state or province, ZIP/postal code, country, referrer, source code, timestamp, and target name, district, OCDID, and call duration, or scroll to the bottom to see total calls made and download all of your call data to all targets. Note that the language of the title for the target in the report will be based on whatever setting the administrator generating the report has set in their account.
Generating a new target report
If downloading all call reports, click the "Generate" button. You can choose a start or end date and only download calls in that range, and you can also add additional custom field columns that are not present on the call campaign itself, to pull additional data into the download.
Downloading a previously generated report
If a report has previously been generated you can directly download that report again, instead of waiting for a new one to generate. If you've linked your group to a Google Drive folder, you can export to Google Drive from here. Click here for more info on this. The date and time when it was generated will be listed, so you can understand how fresh or stale the data in that report will be. Click "Download" to download it directly, or click "Generate" to generate a new report, with fresh data, and be emailed when it's ready for download.
Viewing latest 100 activists
You are able to preview the latest 100 action takers and their data in a table above the reporting buttons. This table will show all the data that would be downloaded by the report buttons, so you may not even need to generate or download at all!
Giving report access
You can choose who can download the target report in the ‘Report Access’ section. Any administrator of your group will have access to this section. But you can give additional people access to the target report by typing in their email address and sending them an invitation. They will not be able to edit the action, only access the ‘Target Report’ tab.
When you send the invitation for someone to access the target report, they will receive an email with a link to create an account (if they don’t have one already), a link to view the report, and instructions not to delete that email. As the administrator, your email address will be in the reply-to, so they can contact you with any questions. You’ll receive an email when they’ve accepted the invitation. They will have limited view of the action manage page, and only be able to view the target report, the last 100 action takers, generate a new report, or download the last generated report. The original creator of the action will be notified that report access has been granted to another user.
As the administrator, you can scroll down on the ‘Report Access’ tab to see the ‘People with Access’ section. Here, you can see who still has not accepted access and created an account — they will have two buttons next to their email address that allow you to ‘resend invite’ or ‘cancel invite’.
You can also see who currently has access to the report. You’ll see a red ‘remove’ button next to their name, which will remove access from the report. If you remove them from report access, if they try to access the report again they will be redirected to their dashboard.
