Action Network Data Co-Op gives you access to two powerful tools:
- Predictive Engagement Targeting [beta]: This sophisticated machine learning model assigns a score from 0-100 predicting whether an activist is likely to open your email, based on data from your group and other groups opted in. For example, you can repair deliverability issues by targeting only activists who are most likely to open. It's also great for defining reactivation audiences while maintaining deliverability.
- Anonymized Target Booster: This powerful reactivation tool allows you to target activists currently subscribed to your list who've opened or clicked emails from other groups that've also opted in. It allows you to efficiently collaborate within the progressive movement to identify engaged activists while maintaining your deliverability. For example, you could expand your targeting to include activists in your list who opened or clicked emails from other groups using this feature within the specified time period.
Personal information (like email address) is never shared between groups. Only anonymous engagement activity data is shared.
To opt in to the Data Co-Op, go to the Settings tab in the Group Manage page and click Learn More at the top of the General tab. Click the Join the Data Co-Op button on the pop-up page that appears.
You can only opt in once. If you opt out later, you'll need to contact Action Network support to opt back in. This prevents groups from temporarily opting in without continuing to share their data with others.
Consult with your legal team before opting in. You may need to update your privacy policy to reflect that you are sharing anonymous data with other groups.
Data Co-Op features are only available to paying partners who make a monthly recurring donation to support our toolset. Donation levels are based on the size of the list you want to upload and your monthly email volume. Contact us about a partnership to get access.
