If you have a high volume of replies to your mobile messages, it may become difficult to handle them from the Conversations sidebar in the Mobile Message Inbox. You can use the Mobile Queue to more easily sort through messages with your team. Multiple people will be able to go through the queue at the same time, each of them handling different replies. This will allow your team to work through the inbox more efficiently.
To begin, click the green Start My Queue button at the top right of the Mobile Message Inbox. This will bring you to an unread message. In the top left, you'll be able to see how many unread messages you have in your queue. You'll be able to write out your reply or use a saved response.
If you've sent a response, or the message doesn't need a response, you can click Mark as Read and Next to move on to the next unread message. If you need to come back to the message later, you can click Flag and Next to flag it. It will appear when you select Flags from the Conversations sidebar.
You can click the Back to Inbox button in the upper right of the page to return to the standard inbox view. If you are inactive for too long, the page will automatically reload and return you to the Mobile Message Inbox.
