At the top of the Email Manage page, you'll see a Weekly Stats section. This is your Deliverability Dashboard. From here, you'll be able to get a bird's eye view into your email program's deliverability over the last 7 days. Note that the numbers you see in this dashboard are not exact. You'll need to download your email stats to view specific numbers, but this dashboard will give you a general idea of how your program is doing.
A green stat indicates you're doing excellent by that metric. A yellow stat indicates this metric is at an average performance level. A consistently red stat indicates you may want to update your deliverability practices. These ratings are suggestions, as every group's list behaves differently. It's normal for these metrics to fluctuate. For example, some metrics may dip into the red from time to time and shouldn't be cause for concern. Over time, you'll be able to see what your list's baseline is. You can read our deliverability guide for tips on how to improve deliverability.
If you want to see more data on a metric and changes week by week, just click on it. In the popup, you can select a specific metric from the drop-down menu on the left. On the right, you can select specific domains your activists may be on. You'll be able to filter stats by most major email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and more.
Below this, you'll see a graph that shows how the metric you selected changed over time. Below this, you can set a custom date range to analyze this metric week by week.
You can click Hide stats to hide these statistics for all group admins if you don't want or need to see these stats.
