Yes! All of our actions can be taken by people outside of the US. We'll attempt to detect an activist's country when they load a page -- they can then choose their country and enter a postal code to take action.
Events and ticketed events can be created outside of the US, even with our event campaigns, allowing for global days of action.
We offer Stripe as a payment processor for fundraisers and ticketed events. Stripe is available in many different countries and currencies, allowing your activists to donate or purchase tickets using international credit cards. See here for a full list.
Action Network also supports making actions in English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Japanese, Moldovan, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Welsh.
If you'd like to help us add another language of your choice, contact us.Keep in mind that when uploading an email list, if you do not enter a two-digit country code, the person will default to US or whatever default you've set for your group. Make sure to assign the appropriate countries to your activists during uploads, explained here.
We are committed to helping our partners in the EU be GDPR compliant. If this applies to you, please see our GDPR documentation.
