Action Network uses SendGrid to deliver our emails, so allow listing happens automatically for large email providers such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Comcast, and the like. SendGrid is truly excellent, ensuring your emails end up in inboxes and not spam boxes and automatically managing any issues with these large email providers.
However, some organizations run their own email services. Because these services are so varied, distributed, and numerous, SendGrid can't handle relationships with them. However, administrators of these programs can allow the IP addresses we use to send email to ensure delivery.
