Boost Deliverability Dashboard
In the first section, you can compare stats by mailbox provider. You will see the total number of sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, and spam complaints. In addition, you'll see the rates for these states, as well as the percentage change from last week.
For example, you could see you sent 10,000 emails to Gmail addresses in the last week. Your open rate across all the emails you sent could be 36%. This could be a +15% change in the open rate compared to the previous week. This will allow you to see how your email program is progressing week to week.
In the next sections, you'll see charts that show your positive signals like opens, clicks, open rates, and click rates. Below this, you'll see a chart on negative signals like bounces, unsubscribes, and spam complaints along with their rates. You'll be able to see the variation on a day to day basis between these stats. This will help you identify what day you sent emails that performed well or poorly. This is useful in testing what day's work best to send to your list, and identifying particularly high/poor performing emails.
After this, you can see your email volume by mailbox. This tells you what percentage of your mail went to which mailbox provider. You can also use this to gauge if you need to take action with certain providers. Issues with larger providers like Gmail or Yahoo would likely require you to take action soon, while issues with mailbox providers that receive a smaller volume of your mail could be addresses later.
In the last section, you can see a list of all the emails you sent in the last week, as well as the number of opens, clicks, bounces, and spam complaints. You'll also see the rates for these stats. This is helpful to use in conjunction with the Positive and Negative Signals charts. You'll be able to find the email that may have triggered a large spike or dip in these stats. This can help guide how you write future emails.
